  1. §1

    Grant

    Upon purchase, you (an individual or a single company) receive a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use and modify the theme to build an unlimited number of websites and projects, for yourself or for clients, commercial or non-commercial.

  2. §2

    Client work

    You may build sites for clients and transfer the finished site to them. The client may not extract the theme to use in other projects without their own license.

  3. §3

    Restrictions

    You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute or share the theme or its source code, modified or unmodified, as a template, theme, starter, boilerplate or UI kit; publish the source in a public repository; or include it in any product whose primary value is the theme itself.

  4. §4

    Third-party components

    Astro, Tailwind CSS, fonts (SIL Open Font License) and other dependencies remain under their own licenses.

  5. §5

    Updates

    Updates for 12 months; the code is yours forever. Updates are provided for 12 months from the date of purchase through the private GitHub repository access granted at purchase. Your license to use the code you received does not expire when the update period ends. No specific update schedule or support is promised.

  6. §6

    Termination

    This license terminates automatically if you breach it, or if your purchase is refunded. On termination you must stop using the theme in new projects.

  7. §7

    Warranty

    The theme is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. In no event shall the authors be liable for any claim, damages or other liability arising from its use.
